Real Estate Agent

Operations Coordinator Needed

Oceanside Realty Partners is looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to support one of the most progressive family-run Real Estate companies in the Treasure Coast! You will be responsible for greeting and interacting with all customers and visitors that enter the office and ensure that they are accommodated and directed to the appropriate team member. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional office and making sure that each client and visitor has a great first impression of us!

This position will report directly to and assist the Broker. This is a full-time, in-house position. You will need to be in our Downtown Fort Pierce office from Monday to Friday. This is not a remote position.


  • Arrive at the office prior to the start of business for start-of-day setup and ensure the office is secured for the next business day.
  • Receive all incoming calls to the office main line with speed and professionalism
  • Assist with interviewing and onboarding of new Agents
  • Assist with completing monthly ROI
  • Assist with Closings by scheduling conference room meetings and organizing gifts
  • Assist the Broker(s) in all aspects of compliance and file management, marketing, administrative, lead management, manage calendar, other duties as assigned.


  • Ability to multi-task is a high priority
  • A professional, courteous attitude and appearance
  • Excellent time-management  and communication skills
  • Proficiency with word processing and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, etc.)w the ability to keep up with a fast paced learning environment involving computer technology
  • Interest in the Real Estate industry
  • Prior experience preferred

This is an Independent Contractor position with no medical benefits. We do have resources for self-employment insurance.
